Gateway Projects for 2025

This Board of Directors was created on January 12, 2025. Here is a list of what was tackled and accomplished this year.

Electric Doors Restored

These are the doors to all that cover all the electrical output to the Gateway. The doors have never been repalce since the condo was built in 1965. The new doorss will protect against severe wind and rain, along withe keeping and rodents wawy from live wires.

Patio Cleaned and Resurfaced

The pool was getting slimey along the edges. The patio area was filthy. The Board (actually Billy with the help of Peter our handyman) steam cleaned the patio got paint from Home Depot and did the job. Also, to ensure your privacy a temporary green tarp has been put up until the new shrubbery is in place.

New Pool Heater and Cooling system and Light Restored

For more than 3 years the pool has been cold in the winter and like a hot bath, cold in the summer. This has been resolved. PLEASE ...start using the pool again and enjoy.

White Fence with Lock

Many residents have expressed concerns about safety. Strangers have been using the pool without authorization, and unknown individuals have been entering the laundry room and using the sink. We felt it was necessary to take steps to protect our community without creating the feeling that we were "fenced in". Currently, there is a temporary, dark green tarp installed in front of the pool for resident privacy.

Tree Service & Landscaping

In past years, our beautiful oak tree extended over the driveway, resulting in leaves and bird droppings on vehicles parked below. This issue has now been resolved.

What a horrible litle shack. This was another inexpensive job done by Billy with the help of Peter our handyman) All supplies came from Home Depot.
